Evangelium nach Johannes 20, 19-23

Gospel to John 20,19-23

 

19 Vào chiều ngày ấy, ngày thứ nhất trong tuần, nơi các môn đệ ở, các cửa đều đóng kín, vì các ông sợ người Do-thái. Đức Giê-su đến, đứng giữa các ông và nói: “Bình an cho anh em!”

Am Abend des ersten Tages der Woche, als die Jünger aus Furcht vor den Juden die Türen verschlossen hatten, kam Jesus, trat in ihre Mitte und sagte zu ihnen: Friede sei mit euch!

At evening on that day, the first day of the week, when, for fear of the Jews, the doors were shut where the disciples were, Jesus came among them and said to them, May peace be with you!

 

20 Nói xong, Người cho các ông xem tay và cạnh sườn. Các môn đệ vui mừng vì được thấy Chúa.

Nach diesen Worten zeigte er ihnen seine Hände und seine Seite. Da freuten sich die Jünger, dass sie den Herrn sahen.

And when he had said this, he let them see his hands and his side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.

 

21 Người lại nói với các ông: “Bình an cho anh em! Như Chúa Cha đã sai Thầy, thì Thầy cũng sai anh em”.

Jesus sagte noch einmal zu ihnen: Friede sei mit euch! Wie mich der Vater gesandt hat, so sende ich euch.

And Jesus said to them again, May peace be with you! As the Father sent me, even so I now send you.

 

22 Nói xong, Người thổi hơi vào các ông và bảo: “Anh em hãy nhận lấy Thánh Thần.

Nachdem er das gesagt hatte, hauchte er sie an und sprach zu ihnen: Empfangt den Heiligen Geist!

And when he had said this, breathing on them, he said to them, Let the Holy Spirit come on you:

 

23 Anh em tha tội cho ai, thì người ấy được tha; anh em cầm giữ ai, thì người ấy bị cầm giữ”.

Wem ihr die Sünden vergebt, dem sind sie vergeben; wem ihr die Vergebung verweigert, dem ist sie verweigert.

Any to whom you give forgiveness, will be made free from their sins; and any from whom you keep back forgiveness, will still be in their sins.
