Qua chiều ngày Sabbat, khi ngày thứ nhất trong tuần vừa tảng sáng, Maria Mađalêna và bà Maria khác đến thăm mồ.

Now late on the Sabbath, when the dawn of the first day of the week was near, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the place where his body was.
Bỗng chốc đất chuyển mạnh vì Thiên Thần Chúa từ trời xuống và đến lăn tảng đá ra, rồi ngồi lên trên đó.
Plötzlich entstand ein gewaltiges Erdbeben; denn ein Engel des Herrn kam vom Himmel herab, trat an das Grab, wälzte den Stein weg und setzte sich darauf.
And there was a great earth-shock; for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, rolling back the stone, took his seat on it.
Mặt Người sáng như chớp và áo Người trắng như tuyết.
Seine Gestalt leuchtete wie ein Blitz, und sein Gewand war weiß wie Schnee.
His form was shining like the light, and his clothing was white as snow:
Vì thế những lính canh khiếp đảm run sợ và ngã xuống đất như chết.
Die Wächter begannen vor Angst zu zittern und fielen wie tot zu Boden.
And for fear of him the watchmen were shaking, and became as dead men.
Nhưng Thiên Thần lên tiếng và bảo các người nữ rằng: “Các bà đừng sợ. Ta biết các bà tìm Chúa Giêsu, Người đã chịu đóng đinh.
Der Engel aber sagte zu den Frauen: Fürchtet euch nicht! Ich weiß, ihr sucht Jesus, den Gekreuzigten.
And the angel said to the women, Have no fear: for I see that you are searching for Jesus, who was put to death on the cross.
Người không có ở đây vì Người đã sống lại như lời Người đã nói. Các bà hãy đến mà coi nơi đã đặt Người
Er ist nicht hier; denn er ist auferstanden, wie er gesagt hat. Kommt her und seht euch die Stelle an, wo er lag.
He is not here, for he has come to life again, even as he said. Come, see the Lord's resting-place.
và đi ngay bảo các môn đệ Người rằng: Người đã sống lại, và kìa Người đến xứ Galilêa trước các ông: Ở đó các ông sẽ gặp Người. Đây Ta đã báo trước cho các bà hay”.
Dann geht schnell zu seinen Jüngern und sagt ihnen: Er ist von den Toten auferstanden. Er geht euch voraus nach Galiläa, dort werdet ihr ihn sehen. Ich habe es euch gesagt.
And go quickly and give his disciples the news that he has come back from the dead, and is going before you into Galilee; there you will see him, as I have said to you.
Hai bà vội ra khỏi mồ, vừa sợ lại vừa hớn hở vui mừng, chạy báo tin cho các môn đệ Người
Sogleich verließen sie das Grab und eilten voll Furcht und großer Freude zu seinen Jüngern, um ihnen die Botschaft zu verkünden.
And they went away quickly, with fear and great joy, to give his disciples the news.
Và này Chúa Giêsu đón gặp các bà, Người nói: “Chào các bà”. Các bà liền lại gần ôm chân Người và phục lạy
Plötzlich kam ihnen Jesus entgegen und sagte: Seid gegrüßt! Sie gingen auf ihn zu, warfen sich vor ihm nieder und umfassten seine Füße.
And on the way, Jesus came to them, saying, Be glad. And they came and put their hands on his feet, and gave him worship.
Bấy giờ Chúa Giêsu bảo: “Các bà đừng sợ. Hãy đi báo tin cho các anh em Ta phải trở về Galilêa, rồi ở đó, họ sẽ gặp Ta”.
Da sagte Jesus zu ihnen: Fürchtet euch nicht! Geht und sagt meinen Brüdern, sie sollen nach Galiläa gehen, und dort werden sie mich sehen.
Then said Jesus to them, Have no fear: go and give word to my brothers to go into Galilee, and there they will see me.
